| We
are happy to announce a new, very talented, teacher to our
staff at Fortitude. Karalee Morris is accepting new clients
and offers a wonderful addition to our teachers.
We have teachers specialized in applying Pilates for the dressage
rider (or any equestrian). Learning Pilates will enhance your
ability to ride more efficiently; educate your sense of feel;
understand the feeling of engagement so you can teach your
horse to be better engaged; find and learn how to use your
core muscles and then apply them to your riding skills; and
learn to hold your posture dynamically while riding. Call
the studio to schedule a session to change the way you feel
on your horse!!!!
